The app uses your WikiCamps account to verify your purchase. If you have created a new account or signed into a different account than you used in the old app, it may not recognise your purchase.
Otherwise, you may also need to:
- Ensure you have the latest update from your device app store.
- Reboot your device.
- If you are using a VPN, try switching this off before opening the app.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
If none of these steps work and you cannot sign into an activated account, please get in touch with our support team and provide your proof of purchase.
What to do:
Please send us your Google Play proof of purchase, including your order number.
You can find this in the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Select Payments & subscriptions (or Budget & history)
- Locate your WikiCamps purchase
- Tap View details
- Take a screenshot showing the order number
Once you’ve sent this through to our support team, we’ll be able to confirm your purchase and activate the app for you.
