If WikiCamps isn't working as expected, one of the first things to check is whether your device is running a supported operating system.
WikiCamps currently supports:
- Android 15 and above
- iOS 26 and above
We test and support WikiCamps on these operating system versions and above. While the app may still install or run on older versions, we cannot guarantee that all features will work correctly or that we can troubleshoot issues on unsupported operating systems.
How do I check and update my Android version?
On most Android devices:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and select About phone or About device.
- Look for Android version to see which version your device is running.
- To check for an update, return to Settings and select System or Software update.
- Select Check for updates or Download and install, depending on your device.
Android menus can vary between manufacturers and devices. If an update isn't available, your device may not support a newer version of Android.
How do I check and update my iOS version?
On your iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings.
- Tap General.
- Tap Software Update.
- Your device will check whether a newer version of iOS or iPadOS is available.
- If an update is available, follow the instructions to download and install it.
If your device cannot be updated to a supported operating system version, some WikiCamps features may not work correctly, and we may be limited in the support we can provide.
If your device is running a supported operating system and you're still experiencing problems, please contact our support team with details of the issue, including your device model and operating system version, so we can investigate further.
