At the moment, the trip import feature is not available within the app.
If you need to move a trip between accounts, our support team can manually transfer it for you.
What we need from you:
To complete a manual transfer, please provide:
- The email address of the current WikiCamps account (from account)
- The email address of the destination account (to account)
- The name of the trip you want transferred
Once we have these details, we can assist with the transfer for you.
Important to know
After a trip has been copied across accounts:
- Any future edits will not sync automatically between accounts
- Changes will need to be made separately on each account if both are being used
