If your saved sites are appearing as grouped numbers or clusters on the map, you haven’t done anything wrong. This is something that happens on tablets or larger screens.
This feature is called marker clustering and is used to help improve app performance, particularly for larger trips with many saved locations.
When a trip contains a high number of markers, the app may group nearby sites together on the map until you zoom in further. This helps reduce memory usage and keeps the map running more smoothly, especially on tablets where more markers can be displayed on screen at once.
Trip Planner behaves differently from Explore mode because trips can contain hundreds of saved locations that remain loaded and interactive at all times. Explore mode only displays a limited number of sites at once, so clustering is less common there.
To view individual sites, simply zoom further into the map and the grouped markers will separate automatically.
