If your purchase isn’t being recognised, it’s usually due to a mismatch between your Google account and the app, or the purchase not syncing correctly.
To help resolve this, we may need to manually verify and activate your purchase.
What to do:
Please send us your Google Play proof of purchase, including your order number.
You can find this in the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Select Payments & subscriptions (or Budget & history)
- Locate your WikiCamps purchase
- Tap View details
- Take a screenshot showing the order number
Once you’ve sent this through to our support team, we’ll be able to confirm your purchase and activate the app for you.
Why this happens
This can occur if:
- You’re signed into a different Google account on your device
- The purchase hasn’t synced properly
- The app was reinstalled or used on a new device

Make sure you’re logged into the same Google account that was used to purchase the app before opening WikiCamps.
