If you’re having trouble logging in, the quickest way to regain access is to reset your password.
To do this:
- Go to the sign-in page
- Tap “Forgot your password?”
- Follow the prompts to receive a verification code via email
Once you enter the code, you’ll be able to log back into your account.
If you continue to have issues, double-check that you’re using the same email address you originally signed up with.
Verification codes are sent via a secure Microsoft authentication service on behalf of WikiCamps.
You should receive an email from:
- “Microsoft on behalf of WikiCamps”
- Or msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
The subject line will usually include:
“WikiCamps account email verification code”
If you haven’t received your code:
- Check your junk or spam folder
- Wait up to 10–15 minutes for delivery
- Make sure you entered your email address correctly
Some email providers have strict filtering, which can cause these emails to be delayed or redirected.
If you still don’t receive the code, you may need to try again or use a different email address.
For security reasons, verification codes cannot be manually generated or sent by our team.
