Your trip may not appear on your other device if it is not syncing properly. Please make sure:
- Both devices are signed into the 'same' User Account.
- Both the devices are both connected to the internet.
If your trip has not sync'd within two hours try restarting each of your devices.
How do I sync my trip?
- Open the trip that you want to sync in Trip Planner.
- Click the Sync button located in the Trip list Header.
