You must first ensure that your device has the necessary GPS hardware. If you have correct GPS hardware, make sure your location services are enabled for WikiCamps and WikiCamps has permission to access your location.
If your device does not have a GPS you can make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi network with a known location. Your device will then use this network location as your location; however, this can be inaccurate, as it will be calculated based on the information being sent through your internet service provider.

- To enable your device to connect with satellites, you should have a clear line of sight to the sky.
