I have forgotten the password for my WikiCamps user account

To reset your WikiCamps User Account password please follow these steps.  

If you're not logged in to your WikiCamps User Account

1. Open the home menu
2. Tap the account settings icon to open your account page
3. Enter your email address
4. Enter an incorrect password into the sign-in box
5. Tap 'sign in' button (you will then be asked if you've forgotten your password)
6. Tap 'yes'
7. Check your inbox* and follow the instructions in the email.

If you are signed in to your WikiCamps User Account

1. Open the home menu
2. Tap the account settings icon to open your account page
3. Toggle the 'change password' option
4. Type a new password into the new and confirm password boxes
5. Tap 'save changes'
6. Enter an incorrect password into the sign-in box
7. Tap the 'ok' button (you will then be asked if you've forgotten your password)
8. Tap 'reset'
9. Check your inbox* and follow the instructions in the email.

• *Email servers may occasionally block password reset emails. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please remember to check your junk or spam folder.
