WikiCamps offers a range of filters to help refine your search to show only the sites most relevant to your travel preferences.
Simply tap on any filter you want to apply or remove and select "Show results" to view sites.
You can filter based on:
- Collections
- Fee Category
- Site Types
- Site Features (includes 6 feature categories)
- Regions
- Availability
The site features categories include:
- Access - Features to help indicate the accessibility of a site to people, pets and vehicles.
- Amenities - Features to help identify what facilities are on offer at the site.
- Activities & Location - Features that relate to what there is to do at a site.
- Services & Connectivity - Features relating to other services provided and network at the site.
- Affiliations* - Features to identify if a location is part of a network of sites.
- Warnings & Limitations^ - Features which may limit or restrict access to a site.
*Affiliations filter
When using the "Affiliations" filter, your searches will include any sites which meet any one of the selected affiliations criteria.
^Warnings & Limitations filter
When using the "Warnings & Limitations" filter, your searches will exclude any sites which meet any one of the selected warnings & limitations criteria.
Missing sites?
Try resetting filters:
To reset your Filters for a new search:
- Open the filter menu
- Tap "Reset filters"
- Press "Show results" to view sites.
Try including disliked sites:
To include disliked sites in your searches:
- Open the filter menu
- Tap the checkbox to "include disliked sites"
- Press "Show results" to view sites.
Try moving or zooming the map:
Some sites may not be visible until you zoom closer on the map, such as when there are a lot of pins in close proximity, or when there are many popular sites in one location.
