Parts of a trip
Sections
A trip planner section is like a chapter in your adventure story. It’s a part of your itinerary where you organise specific segments of your journey. Name it, set details, and choose where it fits in your overall plan, making your adventure clear and manageable.
Places
No trip plan is complete without your must-visit spots! Add sites directly from WikiCamps or include any custom places to make your journey uniquely yours.
Notes
Trip notes are your personal travel reminders. Jot down key details, tips, and reminders to stay organized and make the most of your adventure.
Progress Bar
The trip progress bar shows how far you've come in your journey. It visually tracks your completed and upcoming milestones, helping you see how much of your trip is finished and what's left to explore.
Drag this bar down to mark your trip progress.
Fuel economy
As the WikiCamps trip planner is not a fuel logbook, fuel consumption is calculated based on an average rate and price per Litre.
Enter your vehicle's average fuel economy (L/100km) and your estimated average fuel price per Litre.
WikiCamps will then show an approximate fuel consumption and cost, between places in your trip list.
