How to post, comment and use Forums

Want to share something with or ask the WikiCamps Community? Head to the Forums by following these simple steps:

1. Open the Menu screen and select Forums
2. Select from the main Forum categories that best fit the topic of your idea.
3. Tap/Click the Post button at the lower right of the screen.
4. Type into the textbox (make sure it’s at least 30 characters) then click Add Post.

If you find a forum topic you'd like to contribute to:

1. Tap/click the Forum post and press the Comment button
2. Type in your comment in the comment box (make sure it’s at least 30 characters)
3. Tapping the Add Comment button

To edit or delete your own Forum post or comment simply click the three horizontal dots located in the upper right corner of the post or comment and select the option to edit or delete.

Easy peasy!

Found an interesting Forum topic?

Simply click the 'Follow post' button to conveniently revisit it at any time and receive notifications when others comment on the post.

To stop following a post, tap the 'Following' button again.

Finding your followed posts:

You will find all of your followed posts in the forum by navigating to forums home page and selecting the ‘Followed Posts’ tab.

Notifications:

1. Open the Menu screen
2. Tap the Account Settings icon to open your account page
3. Navigate to the Notifications section and tap on Forums.
4. Toggle the email notifications on and click Save Forum Preferences

Automatically follow posts that you create or comment on:

Simply go to the Settings page and select Preferences. From there, toggle the option on or off based on your preferences.

Looking for a specific forum post?

Just use the Search Bar at the top of the main Forums screen. Type in your keyword and tap the search icon to display all related forum posts.
