Update to WikiCamps version 6 from your app store.
WikiCamps has two ways of making sure the sites on the app are showing their most up-to-date details, the content sync and the single-site sync.
Content Sync
If you want to sync all of the content on WikiCamps follow these steps:
- Open your home menu
- Find the "Site Content" button under the 'Offline Content' heading
- Before you open this page, you should see a subtitle that says "Updated {Day Month Year} at {Time}". This will help you know when you app was last able to successfully sync all the WikiCamps site data.
- Tap or click on the "Site Content" button to open the content page
- Tap on the "Sync Now" button
- If you have any states selected for offline use, these will be checked and updated for offline content while you sync
- To speed up the sync process, you can toggle all offline states to grey (do not sync). This will not remove offline content.
- Wait until the Sync Now button stops showing the loading icon
- Tap the "X" icon to close the page
- Check the last updated date to confirm the sync has completed successfully.
Single-Site Sync
If you want to sync just one site on WikiCamps, or check that the site you're viewing is up-to-date, you can follow these steps:
- Tap or click on the site pin you want to sync
- Tap or click on the overview card to open the site to the details page
- Tap or click on the "Sync" button overlaying the site hero image
- Wait until the wheel stops turning and the "Site successfully synced" notification appears at the bottom of your screen
