Recently, some of our users have reported they are having difficulty receiving WikiCamps emails - especially system generated emails like password resets and account verification.
It always pays to check your spam and junk folders first, but if these emails seem to never arrive in your inbox, don't worry, there are still ways to fix it!
The steps to fix it will differ depending on your email provider, so we've listed some common options below, but as there are many more, there are other helpful resources that will offer advice for adding WikiCamps to your email provider's whitelist/safe senders.

Bigpond Webmail:
- In a browser Login to your Bigpond mail. On the upper right hand of the screen, click on the gear icon that reads “Settings”.
- On the left, just under SETTINGS, click on “Mail”
- Click on “Safe Senders”.
- On the Safe Senders sub-menu, type “ *@wikicamps.co ” in the blank square next to 'Add email address' and click on the (+) Add button.
- Make sure to use the asterisk to mark ALL WikiCamps emails as safe.
- All future WikiCamps emails will arrive on your inbox.
Outlook for Desktop:
- In your inbox, find and click the gear icon. Then “View all Outlook Settings”
- Then select Mail > Junk Email
- Now you'll want to add an entry to ‘Safe senders and domains’
- To do this, click on the ‘Add’ button and type "wikicamps.co" to mark as safe every incoming email from WikiCamps.
- Press ‘enter’ to save changes.
- Optional: Check your Junk/Spam folder and look for any WikiCamps email, and then select ‘It’s not junk’
Gmail:
- Go to contacts.google.com
- Sign into your Gmail account
- At the top left corner, select Create contact (or bottom right " + " button on mobile)
- Enter the contact’s information, including both our system and support email addresses noreply@wikicamps.co & support@wikicamps.co
- Select Save in the bottom right corner
Apple Mail:
- Open the Contacts app on your iOS device or go to iCloud.com
- Select the Add (+) button in the sidebar, then choose New Contact
- Enter the contact’s information, including both our system and support email addresses noreply@wikicamps.co & support@wikicamps.co
- Select Done
